About the founding partner
Laura Pérez Benito founded her own legal boutique in 2024 after acquiring more than 15 years of experience in several national law firms, first in Plaza Abogados and then in Pérez-Llorca where she became a partner when she was 34.
Laura specializes in Labour and Social Security Law. She has successfully litigated multiple and very complex labour cases, highlighting those related to the termination of labour relations, collective conflicts and violation of fundamental rights such as labour harassment.
As an enthusiast in the field of law in which she specializes, she is passionate about providing training in this area. She has 10 years of experience as a lecturer in the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad Carlos III and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as in conferences and seminars.
